Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus the cost of return shipping. Restocking fees may apply on select items. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the US or an APO/FPO/DPO for a flat rate of $8.99, and shipping on orders over $99 is free! (Some items may not be eligible for free shipping due to size or weight).

We ship Monday through Friday, excepting major holidays. Orders placed after noon on Friday may not ship until Monday, depending on our shippers pickup times.

In Store Pickup

We offer in store pickup on any order, for no extra charge. Your items may be picked up at Adventure Games & Hobby, during normal store hours. Kick-Ass Mail Order operates Monday through Friday, so orders made during the weekend may not be available for pickup until monday, depending on the availability of the staff.
