Pre-Order Policy
Items available for Pre-Order are offered based on release dates given by publishers and manufactures, and available pre-order quantity is based upon the number of items ordered.
Pre-release products shipping or arriving later than the quoted release date, from publishers/manufactures, will be shipped to customers as soon as available. If product fulfilment from publishers/manufactures is less than the quantity ordered, we will fulfil pre-orders based upon time and date of customer order. Any Pre-Orders left unfulfilled due to quantity shortage, will be honored immediately upon follow-up shipment from the publisher/manufacture.
Orders placed that include "Pre-Order" or "Made to Order" items along side items that are currently available, will be held until all items are available/released. If you wish to order items that are currently available as well, we suggest ordering pre-order items in a separate order.
